MEET THE FOUNDERS

Todd Cutter has 20 years of experience building start-up businesses from the ground up and has worked as a consultant and key opinion leader for in the Energy and Infrastructure sector. Prior to his CEO position at Naturacur, he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing-West for DMC Power Swage Connector Systems for over 15 years, a private equity-owned, US manufacturer of a unique and disruptive technology for the Electrical Utility industry. Todd is an Executive MBA alumnus from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business. 

Josh McDonald contributes to Naturacur his over 20 years of experience working with local, state, and federal governments supporting small business development and growth through government relations and lobbying to modernize laws and regulations improving the business climate for hospitality-related industries. Josh also has over eight years of experience running a small nonprofit organization and through this work gained extensive experience creating balanced budgets, seeking out and securing several different sources of revenue for the company, successfully marketing services and products to businesses leading to a tripling of membership and doubling of total revenue for the company, and managing a diverse group of Board of Directors. Josh is also an Executive MBA alumnus from the University of WA Foster School of Business.
